Discover, Read and Publish with EBSCO!

Would you like to make your scientific literature searches more efficient using AI-powered tools and discover opportunities to publish your articles as free open access?

Organized by the Ibn Haldun University Library and delivered by EBSCO Training Specialist Ufuk AKDEMİR, this training session will cover searching the library’s electronic resources from a single platform, accessing full-text academic publications, and conducting literature reviews more effectively using AI tools.

In addition, the features and opportunities offered to researchers by various electronic resources, particularly citation indexes such as Web of Science and Scopus, will be introduced.

In the open access publishing section of the training, the processes for publishing articles that meet the relevant criteria as open access in journals from Cambridge University Press and Oxford University Press, without paying any article processing charges (APCs), under ‘Read & Publish’ agreements will be explained.

In addition, information will be provided on the benefits the ‘Read & Publish’ model offers to authors, the tools provided by the publishers, the article acceptance and publication workflows, and key considerations throughout the process.
