Academic Incentive
The academic incentive application is to reward the academic studies of IHU members (academics, visiting academics, students, and administrative staff) to encourage their publication in national and international refereed journals and books.

Publication Applications
You can apply for publications such as articles, books, book chapters, and book editorships within the scope of the directive within 1 year after they are published or appear in the citation and international indexes listed below.
Indexes Considered for Citation Applications
Citation applications are assessed on an annual basis, covering the period from 1 January to 31 December. If the total number of citations in the following indices exceeds 40 during the application period, you may submit your application immediately. For applications with fewer than 40 citations, applications will be accepted during the month of January following the application period. The citation indices taken into account are as follows:
