As the Ibn Haldun University Library, we would like to share with you the latest information regarding our "Read and Publish" agreements, which we have established to facilitate access to information and support academic publishing processes.
Under the 2026 APC (Article Processing Charge) support provided by TÜBİTAK-ULAKBİM, the article quota allocated for Wiley’s Gold journals has been fully exhausted as of August 12, 2026. Therefore, for the remainder of 2026, APC support under the TÜBİTAK-Wiley Open Access Agreement will not be available for articles accepted in Gold journals.
We would like to strongly remind you that the quotas allocated for Gold and Hybrid journals are tracked separately. There is a 2026 quota of 189 articles for Wiley Hybrid journals, and open access support will continue to be provided for articles that meet the agreement’s conditions until the quota is exhausted. Therefore, we ask researchers planning to publish with Wiley to evaluate their publication processes, taking into account the journal’s Gold or Hybrid status and the current quota status.
