The publication quotas allocated for 2026 under the TÜBİTAK-Wiley 2026-2028 Open Access Agreement, administered by TÜBİTAK-ULAKBİM, have been exhausted.
Consequently, APC (Article Processing Charge) support under the agreement will not be available for articles accepted for the remainder of 2026.
We would like to remind you that TÜBİTAK approvals previously obtained for Gold / Full Open Access journals do not constitute a quota reservation; support is valid only if a quota is available on the date the article is accepted and the author workflows are completed.
Articles to be accepted in 2027 may be considered under the agreement, provided the 2027 quota is available.
We kindly ask our researchers planning to publish in Wiley journals or whose articles are currently under review to take the current quota status into account.
