At the Ibn Haldun University Library, we are pleased to announce our "Read & Publish" partnership with Oxford University Press (OUP).
Under the scope of the EKUAL Project by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, the "Read & Publish" agreement with Oxford University Press (OUP), covering the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, has entered into force. Under this agreement, our members will be able to use an annual Open Access (OA) article publication quota for 451 hybrid and fully open-access journals in the Oxford Journals Online 2026 collection, subject to specific criteria.
The annual quota distribution is as follows:
2026: 400 Articles
2027: 408 Articles
2028: 416 Articles
Thanks to the agreement with Oxford University Press, you can take advantage of the opportunity to publish without paying an article processing charge (APC) by submitting your manuscript using your institutional email address. In this context, it is mandatory to use an institutional email address with the extensions “…@ihu.edu.tr, @stu.ihu.edu.tr, @ibnhaldun.edu.tr” during the submission process.
