As the Ibn Haldun University Library, we are pleased to share with you our ongoing "Read and Publish" collaboration with our publishing partner Springer Nature.
The TÜBİTAK-ULAKBİM Springer Nature agreement became active on January 1, 2026. Under this agreement, our members have the opportunity to publish open-access articles free of charge in Springer Hybrid Journals.
Ibn Haldun University members can publish articles in Q1 and Q2 Group Springer Nature Hybrid Journals (922 journals) listed in Web of Science (SCI, SCIE, SSCI, AHCI, Scopus) in the "Original Article," "Review Article," and "Continuing Education" categories without paying an Article Processing Charge (Article Processing Charge–APC) in Q1 and Q2 Group Springer Nature Hybrid Journals (922 journals) listed in Web of Science (SCI, SCIE, SSCI, AHCI, Scopus).
When submitting their articles, our members must register their institutional email addresses with the extension "...@ihu.edu.tr" on the application form.
If an author whose article is accepted in the aforementioned journals wishes to benefit from the agreement, approval for publication will be given by TÜBİTAK-ULAKBİM. There is an annual article quota under the agreement. If the annual quota is reached, the author must pay the publication APC. Quotas are typically filled by July-August.
The Q values listed may vary; therefore, it is recommended to check them.
