Guest Users

IHU Library is available to undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate students, contracted institution users and academicians, who are not staff or students of the Ibn Haldun University, are accepted as guest user.

Guest User Membership Terms

University members have a top priority to use library space, resources, and services. Undergraduate and graduate students and researchers who are not members of the university can use the library and become a member to benefit from the collection and services within a specific framework. This membership is also valid for Tömer students.

Guest User Rights

Members who come as guest users have the right to use the general reading rooms. A library membership registration must be created to benefit from the loan service, and a membership fee must be paid. Members have the right to use the library on weekdays between 08:00-17:00.

Membership Fee and Loan Rights:

Guest User Responsibilities

With the identity provided by the university, guest users obtain the right to use the services and facilities within the framework of their membership. They can benefit from the services and facilities between 08:00-17:00 and by the general rules. IHU Library has the right to cancel the membership of users who do not comply with the university's and the library's general rules.

To use library materials clean, without marking and damage.
To provide a quiet environment in designated quiet work areas.
Comply with the library's computer usage rules.
Refrain from behavior that interferes with research or other library work.
Show a valid identity document if requested.

Documents Required for Membership

Member form
Photocopy of T. C. ID card (For foreign national users, copy of passport)
One biometric photo
Residence issued on behalf of the user
Educational status certificate for undergraduate students and graduates
Criminal record
Collection receipt showing that the membership deposit has been deposited in the accounting of Ibn Haldun University

TÖMER Students Membership Conditions

They can only take out one simple story at a time.
In order to become members, they must submit a 250 TL deposit.
