Terms for IHU Graduates to Benefit from the Library

Holders of IHU alum cards can benefit from library and library resources whenever they want. 

To benefit from the loan service and to use the library in the evening, a library membership registration and deposit must be paid. Graduates who are members have the right to use the library, including the 1st and 2nd floors, between 08:00-17:00. Between 17.00-23.00, it has the right to use only the ground floor. The library's 24/7 reading area is only available to IHU students still studying.

Note: IHU Alumni have the right to benefit from library services and resources limitless on-site (in the library).

User Responsibilities

Graduated users obtain the right to use the services and facilities provided by the university within the framework of their membership. They can benefit from the services and facilities in line with the "Library Working Hours and General Rules." IHU Library has the right to cancel the membership of users who do not comply with the university's and the library's general rules.

  • To use library materials clean, without marking and damage.
  • To provide a quiet environment in designated Quiet Workspaces.
  • Comply with the library's computer usage rules.
  • Refrain from behavior that interferes with research or other library work.
  • Show a valid identity document if requested.
