As part of the 61st Library Week Activities, the Artificial Intelligence Supported Knowledge Hunt Competition was held at the IHU Library
The “Artificial Intelligence Supported Knowledge Hunt in IHU Library” competition, organized by Ibn Haldun University Library Department within the scope of the 61st Library Week activities, was excitedly held.

Organized by Ibn Haldun University Library Department as part of the 61st Library Week activities, the “Artificial Intelligence Supported Knowledge Hunt in IHU Library” competition was held with great excitement. In this special event, which was met with great interest from the university members, an innovative knowledge discovery experience was offered where artificial intelligence technologies and library resources came together.

The competition took place over two days on April 14 and 15, 2025, with the participation of 12 groups. Participants used library resources to solve their assigned tasks in a race against time. Printed books, databases, artificial intelligence-supported tools, and library services were used effectively in the competition.

The winning teams were presented their awards and certificates at the end of the “Ethics and Policies in Artificial Intelligence Assisted Tools ” panel on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

  • Team 1: 15,000 TL Gift Certificate + Certificate
  • Team 2: 10,000 TL Gift Certificate + Certificate
  • 3rd Team: 5,000 TL Gift Voucher + Certificate

The contest, open only to Ibn Haldun University students and academic and administrative staff, was highly appreciated for its interactive format in which access to information was gamified.
