The Head of the Library Department at Ibn Haldun University, Mr. Sönmez Çelik, and from our library team Merve Dirken and Melike Daş attended the ANKOSLink 2024 Conference held from November 18-21, 2024. This year's conference, themed “Generative Artificial Intelligence and Academic Libraries,” stood out as a significant event where the latest developments in librarianship were discussed and knowledge sharing took place.
Throughout the conference, topics such as the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into academic libraries, the enhancement of user experiences, and the future of information services were addressed. Panels and presentations by experts in the field also garnered significant interest.
As Ibn Haldun University Library, we are delighted to have participated in this event, where we gained valuable insights into integrating technological innovations into library services. We will continue to incorporate the knowledge we have gained into our work to provide better services to our students, administrative staff, and academics.
