The theme of this year's 3rd International Science Diplomacy and Scientific Heritage Symposium, organized under the leadership of the UNESCO Chair in Science Diplomacy and Scientific Heritage, was "Intercontinental Knowledge Exchange and Scientific Bridges: Historical Heritage and New Areas of Cooperation Between the Islamic World and Latin America."
During the symposium, on Thursday, November 27th, the speakers of the panel titled "Contemporary Platforms for Cooperation: Science, Digital Knowledge, and Heritage" included Fadia Boumjahed (University of Lebanon), Saleh Muhammad Zeki Mahmood and Noura Nasser Al-Karbi (University of Sharjah), and Irek Suleymanov (HSE University). After the panel, the speakers visited our library.
During the visit, detailed information was provided about the Library's printed and electronic resources, the IHU LibGPT Hub, and the Rare Books Collection.
