In the Turkish Administrative Procedure Law, the amendment of pleading is a regulation that allows the amount of the claim to be increased once during the proceedings, and the applicability of this regulation to claims for non-pecuniary damages is discussed. In this study, the institution of amendment in civil procedure law is analyzed with the decisions of the Court of Cassation and the Council of State, and the different approaches between the judicial and administrative judiciary are mentioned.
